A message dated June 14, 2004, was received June 18 stating the                                     
Governor has signed the following bill and is transmitting the                                      
engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for                               
permanent filing:                                                                                   
                                                                                                    
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 10(FIN)                                                     
    "An Act relating to pooling by employers and self-employed                                      
    individuals for purposes of group health insurance; and providing
